Saintly Tuesdays - Raw Chocolate and Peanut Butter Fudge

Just when you thought I couldn't possibly get any more addicted to Peanut Butter, I did...

But this time, I'm bringing it to you in healthy form. This Raw Chocolate and Peanut Butter Fudge may not quite be as sweet as this Easy Peanut Butter and Chocolate Swirled Fudge, but it sure is just as tasty.

Raw chocolate peanut butter fudge

Made using cacao butter (check out my healthy chocolate recipe here for other ways to use cacao butter), chopped nuts, coconut oil and cocoa, then sweetened ever so slightly with maple syrup, this is a guilt-free treat that won't have you busting out of your party outfits.

Sam x

100g melted cacao butter
1/2 cup chopped nuts
50g melted Lucy Bee coconut oil
4 heaped tbsp peanut butter
3 tbsp cocoa
5 tablespoons maple syrup
2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1) Blitz together the cacao butter and chopped nuts until they form a smoother paste. Add all the remaining ingredients and blend until well combined.

2) Pour into a lined tin (I used a loaf tin) and sprinkle some extra chopped nuts on top, if desired. Chill in the fridge for 4 hours, or until set. Cut into squares and enjoy!
