Saintly Tuesdays - Chocolate Avocado Protein Mousse

I know, I know. The idea of Chocolate Avocado Protein Mousse might seem a little crazy, but just hear me out.

Actually, don't bother listening to me - just take a look at this:

There, that doesn't look quite so odd, does it?

Believe it or not, chocolate and avocado are one of the greatest, healthiest, yummiest combinations known to mankind. You can use it in delicious cookies and cakes, and even throw it into light and moreish bread.

If you still need convincing, check out this Shape article here - I'm all for the Chocolate and Avocado Zucchini Layer Cake!

Anyway, rich, fudgy and extremely chocolatey, this Chocolate Avocado Protein Mousse is a pretty decadent pud without any of the "bad" calories. In fact, it's packed with healthy, skin-boosting fats (avocado) and anti-oxidants (cocoa).

So, next time you need a chocolatey hit, you have no excuses - stick to the diet and whip up this beauty!
